This is a very dedicated family ran business. When talking to studios that have attended they always mentioned how much time the take to listen to their needs and always do their best to keep everyone happy. No competition is perfect and great customer service goes a long way. We will be attending the Syracuse location this season and hope to have the same experience as the studios we\'ve talked to. Many great things to say.

Attended the Regina competition. The facility in Regina is fantastic - good sized change rooms, big lobby, big backstage area. The staff and logistics at the facility are however not fantastic. Dancers and parents have to constantly run outside around the facility to get from the lobby to the back stage area. Not ideal when you are helping with little dancers. The competition itself runs very smoothly - they actually were very ahead most of the last competition, which is good and bad. If you are not in communication with your studio you can arrive late very easily. I dont like the long sessions - typically only 3 adjudications per day - noon, 6:00 pm and 10:00pm which makes for late nights! They have 3 adjudicators that are there for ALL the sessions, and each dance is awarded the average of the three marks. Which is nice - compared to just one opinion.
I think they should work on correcting their corrections more but they showed there love and dedication for dance.
