COMPETITION DETAIL

This is our second time at Titans, and probably our last. The rooms were more packed than any convention we have ever attended (and I have been to a lot). The convention classes were cut short because of flight changes. I know this is beyond their control, but here was never an apology. The teachers had to cut the combo short, and or cut out groups. Now...onto groups. The "small" groups they made for the classes still had about 50 dancers in them. My daughter could not move, and she got kicked several times. I understand Titans is like any other business, and they need to make money, but this felt greedy and selfish on their part. Speaking of greedy, compared to their numbers, they are quite stingy with their scholarships (the only ones they gave were half off another convention). Again, never seen another convention who does not at least give a few full priced scholarships. I am sad about this because my daughter loved this convention the first time she attended. I think we will spend out money at another competition where you feel like more than a number.

Was very disappointed that the same few 12/13 year old girls from the same studio who faculty knew by name pulled all focus and acknowledgment in every senior class.

Fantastic convention with no pressure. Just what she needed for a great day of technique training & fun. Fik-Shun & Alex were incredible!!! Her favorite class & a new favorite!! I wish we were closer for this year's convention. She'd love to go back!

2016-2017 SEASON: Attended for the first time (Biloxi). Nice one-day convention that my dancer enjoyed. The owner seemed engaged and passionate. LOVED how Chehon let fellow dancers do call-outs during small groups. Only disappointment was mini and junior rooms were combined so my 8yo was at disadvantage both in size and with the choreography geared towards junior-aged dancers being taught.

Great convention! Signed up at the last minute for the Baltimore event, and so glad we did. My dancer loved the variety of jazz styles. I especially appreciated Nick Gonzalez\'s class - he was so motivating in the junior room. Will definitely return.

What a fantastic experience! Everyone involved was so friendly, organized & professional. This was our 1st convention without competing & it was exactly what my dancer needed to start her season off with a bang. She loved every class & can\'t wait to attend next year!

The teachers were awesome, down to earth, kind, they were great with the kids. They all looked like they were having fun while working with the kids.

Excellent! My kids loved it. The staff and faculty were amazing. They are not about the awards, it is about learning, growing and pushing your limits, which I love. I would highly recommend giving this one a try.

This convention is a good way to take class from a lot of big names in the industry at once but I felt like there wasn\'t a lot of variety in the classes. In my city there was no contemporary/lyrical...we only had hip hop, fast jazz, and ballet. Contemporary is huge right now especially at conventions and I think it should be included in the schedule at all cities.

This convention had many of my favorite celebrity dancers/instructors and the parent class was AWESOME. I cannot say anything bad about this conventionew except the fact that I wish there were one a little closers to home in Philadelphia, PA.

This is the 3rd year of doing this convention. Unfortunately they seem to care more about quantity than quality and pack the kids like sardines in small rooms to the point of not being able to dance without kicking someone. Not a good way to learn a dance combination. They are very stingy on their scholarships and do not pay attention to the actual talent when handing them out. This will be the last year of attending this convention.

A great day of dance and the perfect way to start the season. The faculty is amazing! The classes were challenging and the focus is on learning and growing. We will be back this season for sure!
