AYA is an enriching experience where the instructors inspire the dancers to bring out best version of themselves. Invigorating vibe, super inclusive, challenging, and confidence building. Thought the program and utilization of fusions was well done. Excellent organization and positive all around. So happy my daughters can experience this type of energy and shared love of this performance art.

Activate Your Artistry is amazing every time. Great owner, great teachers, great assistants and great environment! Thank you for an amazing event each time!

My daughter and I really enjoyed AYA. It was a positive environment to learn and there were some different kind of dances not offered at other conventions. It was definitely worth the price. I do not know of anywhere where you can $30 for your child to do their solo.

We love AYA! My kids are pretty new to the dance scene and we have been attending AYA events for a couple years now. I have never felt more "included" in a place like I do at AYA. They really think of everything and the staff are usually always energized and excited. We love the conventions for the gala in the evening, for the classes during the day, and just the general experience of getting out of our studio and dancing. The only downer for us this past year was the venue and having their nationals last year canceled. The space was very very small and it was hard for my girls to dance and feel "called out" during classes. When we wrote in about this- the owner responded right away and let us know this wont happen again. They are growing so fast and they need more space- thats an awesome problem to have- but sadly it did take away from my my students and parents experience attending the classes. We were going to try another regional but our schedule is already packed for the season. We hope to do an in studio intensive (we've done one before- it was awesome!) because my kids love Donielle and everything AYA so much. If you are a small studio- CHECK THEM OUT!!!!! Your dancers will feel seen and the judges give great and thoughtful feedback. You will not leave disappointed.

Activate Your Artistry is the total package. The choreography in classes is top notch - not watered down like some conventions. But the warm supportive environment makes even less experienced dancers feel empowered to try something new. Plus there are classes in a wide range of styles. My girls even took classes in Latin and Stepping! The Saturday night Gala was truly entertaining, but the best thing about this convention is its heart. Donielle, the owner, pours everything into it and it shows. She is the definition of what a dance mentor should be. I am excited to see how this convention grows over time. It is definitely some where we will continue to go each year.
