Pros: Inexpensive, didn't run on a Friday, nice merch, snacks, pizza for sale We had an issue but the director was all ears, and fixed it in a really nice manner. It was great customer service.

Just competed on at Youngstown 2024 competition and hands down the worst ran competition our studio has ever attended. Unorganized and unprofessional. Announcer had no idea what they were doing, every awards ceremony was a disaster, complete chaotic bc wrong awards were handed out. Didn’t even have enough trophies when the day started. Venue was inadequate and the bathroom toilet continuously backed up. Cut off concession around 5 o clock but competition was running for far behind it was midnight by the time it was over. Poor planning in line up which resulted in many many long gaps where there were no dancers on stage. Director was not receptive to concern and negative reviews are deleted from their Facebook page immediately. Very disappointing and regret exposing our dancers to this competition.
